- All order received before 3pm will be process and deliver within two(2) working days.
- All order received after 3pm will consider as next day's order and will takes one more day to be process and deliver.
ATTENTION!
- Delivery period: Monday-Saturday (12pm-8pm)
- Customers are not able to schedule the time of delivery. All delivery time will be arranged by the transport company.
- E-mail notification will be sent on the day of delivery.
- Please be sure that you are available at your delivery address to receive the goods.
- Goods which are failed to delivered will be returned to our store.
- The returned goods can be arrange for second delivery or self-collect from store.
- RM12 additional shipping fee will be charged for second delivery.
- No additional shipping fee will be charge if customer are able to self-collect their goods from our store.
- Second delivery will be arrange in two(2) working days after the additional shipping fee paid (cash on delivery are not allowed).
- Refunds are not allowed for customer who are failed to received their goods and refused to self-collect or pay the additional shipping fee for second delivery.
- No door-to door delivery for flat /apartment / condominium, please collect your goods from the rider at ground floor / guard house / lobby.
